Submitting a structure to AcquaAlta



Data structure and requirements: The structure file (including protein and a small-molecule ligand) must be uploaded in standard PDB format (extension = ".pdb"). The ligand molecule must bear all hydrogen atoms for proper processing. The protein should consist of a single chain only. The file should not exceed 1MB in size.
